i've been pondering the difference between looking and seeing

looking seems to happen from the surface experience

while seeing seems to happen from the depth

to truly see (something or someone or nothing!)

one must be still and quiet inside

be aware of the stillness inside

be aware of our foundational essence

then true seeing naturally happens

looking seems to imply looking for something

while seeing suggests finding what is already there

happy day of truly seeing!
