r u gruntled?

on one of our recent 10,000-steps walks, tomas and i somehow started talking about a situation where a bunch of folks seemed 'disgruntled'. although i had been in that same situation, i said that i wasn't 'disgruntled'. he laughed and said, no, you were gruntled. gruntled?! that's not a word, i said. it sounds like it could mean the same as disgruntled. after our walk at home, we 'googled' to see if gruntled is a word. and to the surprise of us both, it is! a humorous adjective meaning 'pleased, satisfied and contented'. fun, huh?! so, yes indeed, i was gruntled! and still am! are you?!

hum sure seems gruntled, too!
