what % do you want the truth?

hello!

happy full moon eclipse today!

this question arose at breakfast this morning while watching the hummingbirds in our back garden

what percentage do you want the truth?

how much do you really want to know the truth?

i'm speaking about the absolute truth

the real truth

the pure truth

not a personal truth or some watered-down version

not a biased truth

or a partial truth

or a fantasy truth

or an egoic truth

this is the one and only truth

based in/on reality

an incorruptible truth

an unbiased truth

a truth not defined by time

timeless truth

eternal truth

what % do you want to know the truth?

what % do you want to live the truth?

now, in order to find out the answer

to these questions

you must want the truth above all else

you must want to know the real answer

no matter what
are you willing to know the truth?

start with a strong desire/conviction for the true answer

then 

be still

be inwardly quiet

allow your mind to relax

allow your body to relax

be aware of your beingness

be aware of the stillness that you are

be aware of your essential formless nature

be aware of the breath moving through your body

rest here

quietly

then ask the question silently inside

"what percentage do i want to know the truth?"

be still

listen

open to knowing clearly

this is not about using the conditioned thinking mind to come up with a clever answer

this is about listening deeply

to the inner knowing

waiting for the true answer

be willing to receive

when you receive the answer

know that all answers are good news

100% is good news

anything less than 100% is also good news

it means that now

it's possible to ask another question

"what's needed for 100%?"

what's needed to close that gap?

listen

perhaps you heard the number 3

3 things are needed

write this down on a piece of paper

then starting one at a time from the top

ask the questions

be still

1. "the first thing that's needed in order to know the truth 100% is __________?"

listen

write down the answer

continue through your list

the 2nd thing

the 3rd thing

however many showed up for you

open to and allow the receiving of the answers

know that everyone receives their answers in different ways

some receive in pictures

some in words

some in sounds

some in knowings

some in felt senses

perhaps your question is phrased in a slightly different way

"the first thing i need to know is __________?"

"the first thing i need to release is __________?"

"the first thing i need to see or hear is __________?"

perhaps you'll be shown where you don't want the truth

where you're attached/addicted/clinging to a fantasy
("where am i clinging to a fantasy, an illusion?")

perhaps you'll feel an energy release from your body

in the willingness to see with clarity

to shine the light of consciousness

these old ways will transform

they will dissolve

when you're complete with your list

ask the original question again

"what % do i want to know the truth?"

if it's less than 100%

continue with the process

until it's 100%

stay with it

however long it takes

it's truly worth it!

now, pay attention to your outer world 

see what appears

see what's different

see what's new
