hello dear friends!

this morning while sitting 

with Our Divine Mother

she sent her message

for all of us

"be kind"

it's so beautiful 

and simple

and do-able

be kind to yourself

with-in

maintain your pristine inner space

of stillness

and kindness

if any negativity (fear, worry, anxiety, greed, anger, hatred) arises

meet it with kindness

before it can take root

be kind to yourself

with-out

we are connected to

everyone 

and everything

all beings

it's curious that the word kind contains the word kin

family

be family

we are all related to each other

we are all family

our essence is the same

the one enlightened consciousness

what we give out

we get back

it's a universal law

think from kindness

speak from kindness

act from kindness

kind:

friendly

generous

considerate

tender

caring

loving

warm

gentle

helpful

selfless

cooperative

compassionate

big-hearted

benevolent
