All is very well.

We're resting deeply.

In the midst of the doings that are happening here, we're resting.

Resting while doing.

This capacity to rest deeply not only while sitting still, but also while moving is a quality of the divine feminine.

Just like the snowy owls that we met here. 

We can rest deeply together in satsang tonight!

It's been 10 years of Wednesday evening meetings.

Wow.

They started as Sacred Sitting, then Meeting in Stillness, 

now Meeting As Stillness.

Regardless of the name, it's the same profound stillness,

our true nature.
