We're in the pink!
The first of the cherry blossoms on our street in the rain!
I wore my Hanami scarf to go outside to photograph the cherry blossoms.
It seemed most fitting!
Hanami is a Japanese word meaning 'flower viewing'.
The viewing of cherry blossoms is an ancient tradition in Japan.
These days, people celebrate the arrival of the blossoms with a picnic under the blossoms!
Whatever it is that you're up to today,
Happy day of celebrating being!
