We went for a walk with a friend in the La Mata Nature Park, a short drive from Torrevieja!

Eucalyptus trees, pine trees and flamingos!

The sound of the wind in the trees was so healing ~ exactly what was needed.

Listening to the sounds of nature, healing happens!
