grateful = great-full

taken a few days ago in the sunshine!

Today is Day 100 of the Gratitude Practice Play!

It begun on the 8th of June right here.

I'm realizing that being grateful brings great-fullness,

we are filled with great.

full of grate = full of great!

It's not in an egoic or special way,

but in a way of being cleansed and purified of what we are not.

There is no end to our gratitude.

Regardless of what's happening or of what's not happening, 

we're grateful.

Grateful for This.

It's never too late to begin a daily practice of gratitude!
