ok, i saw this bite of wisdom somewhere recently, too

i also know how true this is!

we all do

give someone/something your complete undivided attention

(no thinking, no inner noise, just quiet conscious beingness)

and experience the connection

feel the oneness

feel the love

(the love that doesn't want or fear)

real true unconditional love
