during the silent sitting part of our satsang last night

i played a mantra that i had just discovered

om so hum

it's beautiful!

the results of simply listening & attuning 

to the sounds and the spaces between the sounds

were extremely palpable

deep abiding peace

it emanated through Vancouver

through Canada

through North America

and around the Earth

such a blessing!

om so hum

(soham)

translates as

"I am That"

if you want to play with the breath

inhale so

exhale hum 

it's powerful!
