deep rest + immense gratitude
hello!
a significant theme from the most recent online women's satsang (#32) is showing itself as deep rest. a longing, a pull, a knowing, to rest even more deeply as our true nature, what we are, this vast formless alive emptiness. not only during "formal" spiritual practices (meditation, mantra, breath, sitting) but perhaps more importantly, during "informal" spiritual practices (the ordinary moments and movements throughout our days). paying attention to our inner space, our inner energy field. as you read this, have your awareness within your body, perhaps with your sitting bones, and feel a rooted sense, the sense of being planted here, deeply. being here fully, completely, 100% in the now. you are here without a past and without a future, which means, without mind. deeply resting, which is also wide awake, alert, conscious and relaxed, receptive, at ease, spacious. you are here. nowhere else. giving complete undivided attention/awareness (consciousness without thought, no mind) to this. to this moment. to life. if you also feel this call to rest more deeply, set your intention clearly & consciously and see what unfolds. watch the magic & miracles appear!
after completing my last public meeting of 2019 on monday (women's satsang de mujeres online), i felt drawn to look at all of the satsangs of this past year. there's been a few!

i'm very grateful to everyone who shows up to a meeting and shines their light so brilliantly and plants seeds of consciousness here on our beautiful planet. we are here to benefit countless beings. i'm in such good company and so blessed!
i am also deeply moved by everyone who supports these meetings. such beautiful acts of selflessness. without them, there would be no meetings.
